Tim Kerr
Since starting his career in 1986, Tim has served in various senior HR leadership roles across some of the largest oil and gas operators globally in both privately owned, publicly listed and government operated companies before joining Fuse HR as our Senior HR Consultant.
As a broadly experienced HR expert, Tim has a strong reputation for partnering and developing relationships with our clients. With extensive international experience across a wide range of ASX 20 companies, Tim understands the operational HR issues which arise in teams and transformational environments.
Tim provides consulting services in performance management, policy support including job design and sizing programs, remuneration and benefits, organisational change (from design to planning), talent and succession planning, leadership development and training and development initiatives.
Holding a Graduate Diploma (HR & IR) with RMIT and a Bachelor of Applied Science at Swinburne University, combined with his strong interpersonal skills, ability to establish relationships quickly with all levels of the organisation, Tim is an invaluable member of the Fuse HR team.
